At Asana Yoga, our mission is to provide high-quality yoga workshops and retreats that are accessible to everyone. We believe that yoga can help improve physical and mental health, and we are committed to making it available to all.
We run a number of workshops and retreats throughout the year which aim to
provide you with an enriching experience designed to promote clarity, relaxation, and both physical and mental well-being.
We use a combination of specialist yoga techniques, including unique postures, breathwork, energy channel opening, sound therapy, and deep meditation.
We aim to enhance your learning with a presentation on Ayurvedic nutrition & lifestyle, and include plenty of time for your questions on this and other yogic and scientific principles.
